Our Garlic & Herb Bruschetta is a true crowd-pleaser, combining the rustic charm of our freshly baked Crumb & Co. French baguette with a vibrant mix of aromatic herbs and rich garlic. The bread’s crisp texture perfectly complements the savory garlic and fresh herbs, creating a balanced bite that’s light yet satisfying.
Ideal for any occasion, this bruschetta makes a perfect starter for a dinner party, a quick snack, or a flavorful side for soups and salads.
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Baguette: Slice the Crumb & Co. French baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Make the Garlic Herb Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Brush the Baguette: Using a brush, generously apply the garlic.
5. Bake: Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
